“Jen always exceeds my expectations and provides great, attentive personal service for my dog. My dog gets very nervous in strange places and is prone to separation anxiety when I am away. He immediately took to Jen when she came to meet him. I was immediately impressed with how well she listened about my concerned over my dog’s anxiety. She was very thorough and professional. Even though letting my dog out in the yard would have been enough, she asked if he liked walks and about his favorite toys and games for playing outside. She made sure he got treats and his medication twice a day. He is always happy and calm when I return from vacation, unlike previous times when he had been at a kennel. I will never board him again. On top of all this, the house was exactly how I left it and all of my mail and several packages were taken inside.
